VEJA Sneakers // FRAME Jeans

New year, new kicks! (Seriously though: these sneakers will probably never be this white again.) Right about now is when you’re probably starting to thinking about those New Year’s resolutions. I’ve never really been one to make a long list of resolutions. (There’s nothing worse than the feeling of over-promising and under-delivering, right?) This year, however, I am going to resolve to do one thing: make a “stop-doing” list. I stumbled across this old article and was really inspired by the message. I’m always so focused on the things and habits I need to start that I sometimes completely forget about all the things I need to stop. The actions we don’t make are just as important as the ones that we do. I’m approaching my list with specificity in mind. Rather than a list of lofty, big-picture items, I’m focusing on smaller details. For instance, one of the items that’s definitely going at the top of my list: “Don’t eat lunch at your desk.” It may sound like a silly thing to put on my list, but I really believe that it’s the accumulation of the little things that end up making a biggest difference.

So, that’s where I am with my resolutions. Thoughts?
