Picking favorites is always tough, but when it comes to who makes the best cheetah print, the answer is clear: Loeffler Randall. Here’s my little LR story: I’ve been wearing Loeffler Randall’s shoes for over seven years. I got my first pair (they looked something like this style but with a peep toe) when I was interning in NYC during college. They were some of the first flats that I had found that were cute and comfortable enough to handle long days on my feet. I wore them out running around the city that summer. Those two qualities are still true about the brand and I’ve been loyal customer ever since. But back to the cheetah print…

I’ve had many a pair of Loeffler Randall shoes since that summer. They’ve all been favorites in their own ways (I have yet to find a better flat bootand I still maintain that their Reina kitten heels are the best sandals for a wedding) but it’s their cheetah print pairs that have always been at the top of my list. Finding a cheetah print that’s chic (read: not cheesy) and doesn’t totally break the bank can be tricky. Loeffler Randall’s print excels at both. The colors are perfect and the dots are just the right size. It’s a print that works as a neutral and has the ability to put the finishing touch on a look (which is probably why I should go ahead and buy this). The Quinnie pair (on sale) and the Milla pair  are easily some of my most-worn flats. I also love the way they’ve incorporated small touches of the print into their summer sandals (this pair and this pair are on sale). For fall, I’ll be adding the slingback style and probably these fab little heels to my closet. You know what they say: when you find a shoe you love, but it in every color. That rule might be a little backwards (found the color, buying it in every style) here but still applies.

wait there's more
