There’s so many things I love about fall and one of them is the arrival of sweater weather. It takes a little longer to arrive in Texas but when it does, it’s bliss. Thanks to last week’s burst of cool air, I was able to curl in some of my favorite sweaters like this striped one from La Ligne. It also gave me a little incentive (not that I really needed much prodding) to shop for a few more knits to add in to the rotation.
In my opinion, the best sweaters are the ones that are extra cozy and versatile enough to throw on with anything and everything. My striped sweater from La Ligne totally fits the bill. Not only is it super soft (read: not scratchy at all), but the stripes give it a classic quality that makes it a sweater I’ll be wearing for years and years. I now own it in three different colors – including this new turtleneck style. The same goes for any of the sweaters from Mansur Gavriel. I practically lived in this crewneck style last fall. With that in mind, I’m thinking about adding the same style in a second color to the mix. The other sweaters on my wish list at the moment include this extra cozy Nili Lotan knit, Mansur Gavriel’s funnel neck style in this dreamy shade of pale pink, this winter-white cable knit from Theory, and this happy chartreuse turtleneck from Allude. I also spotted a few budget-friendly options like this one, this one, and this one that are definitely worth consideration. Want to see more? Scroll down to shop my full list of favorites.
