ross sveback

My husband and I hosting a Friendsgiving dinner party this weekend. In anticipation of the food-and-fun-filled event, I’ve been thinking about all kinds of different table settings I could do. Just when I think I’ve got it all figured out, I come across Ross Sveback Faux Bois collection. I love these plates. They’re rustic, yet modern. (I must have a thing for wood patterns right now because I’ve been wrapping up some of my holiday gifts in this paper.) They’re kind of perfect for a Thanksgiving tablescape, don’t you think? It would be fun to throw a few of these in there, too. Of course, I think they’re actually seasonless (when you’re spending that kind of money on plates, you’d hope you can use them on more than one occasion), especially when paired with my white dinner plates. They add a natural touch to a table and would work with so many different things throughout the year. While there’s simply not enough time to work these into this weekend’s festivities, don’t be surprised if you spot them on next year’s Friendsgiving tablescape.
