paperless post 2

It’s been over a year (here) since I’ve blogged about my love for Happy Menocal. Since then I’ve seen her watercolor designs popping up more and more (even a few wedding invitations!). The most recent spot you’ll find her work is probably the best of all: Paperless Post. This means that her cheery, watercolor illustrations are right at our fingertips. It’s a really fantastic selection, too: everything from invitations to holiday cards to stationery. You can even get your hands on one of her famous family crests. While it’s probably too late in the game to use her summer fling card this year (how is it already Labor Day?), her “Harvest Market” designs are kind of perfect for autumn. How fun is her cocktail party invitation? The Valentino Rockstuds! Very clever. I’m thinking of throwing a cocktail get-together just so I can put that one to use. Any excuse to have a party, right? Of course, her beautiful blue-and-white card would work for any occasion (I’m picturing all-girls brunch for this one), any time of year.

Speaking of blue and white, if you love it like I do, then be sure to check out her Orleans Family Crest stationery. It really doesn’t get much more classic than that. If you’re looking for something a little more on the whimsical side, her signature animal watercolors make for a great addition to a personal card. In case you’re wondering: the flamingo is my favorite. For those of you with a love for the King Charles breed (Hanna comes to mind), then this card should be right up your alley.

I’m pretty much jn love with it all. My friends are going to have Happy Menocal invitations and notes popping up in their inboxes left and right. Of course, the best part about this is that it’s not just limited to e-mail. Like most of the selection on Paperless Post (don’t you just love that place?), you can design any of these for paper. They’ll be delivered to your doorstep in no time.
