If I had to dream up my perfect top for summer, this one might just be it. It’s from a new-to-me line Otto d’ame (which I’m now totally in love with) and checks all the boxes for my ideal warm-weather top. Let’s start with the obvious: it’s off-the-shoulder. What can I say? I just can’t resist the bare shoulder trend right now. (I’m sort of contemplating this one for Cinco de Mayo.) Secondly, I adore that dotty print. It keeps things interesting. And finally – and maybe most importantly – it’s made of cotton gauze, making it super light and breezy. This is the kind of thing that’s crucial when you live in a state that’s known for its triple-digit temperatures. That means this airy little top will be at the front of closet from now through even the hottest August day.
