By the time you read this, I’ll be on my way to the beach. I’m beyond excited for a number of reasons (fresh margs!) but I’m mostly just looking forward to a week of rest and relaxation. It’s exactly what the doctor ordered coming off the craziness of the last three weeks. I’m so excited, in fact, that I didn’t even procrastinate packing like I normally do. With the exception of a few last-minute things, my suitcase is almost completely packed. I kept it super simple and stuck to the essentials, including white jeans, swimsuits, easy dresses (just ordered this one), and a couple of coverups. It’s a mix of old favorites along with several new things, too. (The latter was made super easy with this expert edit on mytheresa.com. I always find so many goodies there and, thanks to their quick shipping, it all arrived in the nick of time.) The new additions include this dress (perfect for dinner out one night) along with a couple of new one-pieces (this one and this one). I’m keeping all accessories to a minimum and only taking what I really think I’ll wear. For instance, I’m leaving the heels at home this trip and just taking a couple of pairs of my favorite Ancient Greek sandals – including this pair and this pair. I also managed to get away with only one single bag for the entire trip. This mini Staud is my new favorite. It goes with everything and can easily be dressed up or down.
Below, my full packing list – plus, a few extras I wish I had in my suitcase!
