MY CAMO PANTS

RAY-BAN Sunglasses // MADEWELL Striped Shirt (on SALE!) // J.CREW Sweater // MADEWELL Camo Pants (on SALE!) // REPETTO Ballet Flats // Bracelets: SARAH CHLOE Monogram Bangle, MADEWELL  Glider Bangle and Tracecraft Bangle, Cartier Love Bracelet, Jody Candrian Cuff (from Five & Ten)

Remember this post? Well, I took the plunge. I overcame my fear of camo and purchased these pants from Madewell. I’ll admit that I was a little uneasy about the purchase (what is it about this print that freaks me out?!), and I had thoughts of returning them. However, once I threw them on for the first time, I loved them. I’ve worn them many times over since then. They’re really a perfect baby-step into camo because the print is so subtle. You almost miss it if you’re not looking closely. Most surprising is that camo really works as a neutral for me. I’ve worn them with everything from stripes to this black sweater to nearly every single color of my Equipment shirts. What can I say? I’m a camo convert.

  1. Thank you! I am relatively new to your site, but I love the way you take fashion trends and present them in a way that is really accessible and easy to understand. Love this outfit! I also would never have considered myself a camo person, but I may need to give it a try!

  2. Absolutely obsessed with the way you styled those camo pants! I’ve been afraid of camp pants all season, but you’ve inspired me to try them out!

  3. Love that fact that these pants are a bit more subtle camo…have been looking for the perfect pair! Your sweater looks so cozy, wish I was wearing that now as it is so gloomy outside.

    great look!
