GO LOW: MADISON HARDING WEDGES

madison harding wedgesMADISON HARDING Wedges

When it comes to my shoes, I’m not normally an in-between girl. It’s either a high heel or a flat for me. (The kitten heel trend that seems to be making its way back into stores just isn’t my thing.) However, lately it seems that might be changing for me. I’m noticing that I’m gravitating towards the mid-height heel more and more. It started with these Loeffler Randall sandals (I got the gold and now I want them in every single color). With only a 1.75 inch heel, I normally never would have considered them. After one wear at a party, I was in love with them. Not only was I comfortable all night long, but the lower heel just felt fresh to me. It’s something different and is such a novel addition to my closet. Needless to say, I’ve been on the search for lower options ever since. These Madison Harding wedges certainly fit the bill. I love the heel height, and the price tag won’t break the bank – especially since they’re the type of shoes you’ll wear all season long. Plus, they come in these three punchy spring colors. The nude is of course the most classic, but I’m partial to the aqua hue myself. (They look very similar to this pair from J.Crew, don’t they? But less expensive!)This isn’t to say I’m abandon my high heels (in fact, I think I might like to purchase these pretty soon) or my flats for that matter, but I’m just expanding my options. And I’m no longer ruling out the in-between.
