This gift guide is for the Secret Santas, the co-workers, and those people who unexpectedly gifted you so you’re feeling the need to reciprocate. Or just those fun friends who deserve a little extra something in their stockings this year. From the perfect pouches to an oh-so-delicious holiday treat, these are the under-$25 gifts that are sure to thrill.

Here, a few more of my favorites:

Ornaments. So many of my friends are starting to collect them for their first real trees. It’s fun to add to that collection. While the classic round ornaments are pretty, I prefer to go with something a little more unique, something tailored to the recipient. I love all the fun food options. I have a friend who can’t live without late-night pizza so I gave her this pizza slice ornament. I also love the ice cream sandwich, the hot sauce, and the margarita.

If you know her sign, this trinket dish is a pretty choice. It’s something she’ll use all the time and the star sign makes it feel personal.

I love these round trays from Target. They’re $15, and the gold is perfectly festive for the holidays. It’s a great addition to a bar or makes for an excellent catch-all anywhere in a house. Wrap a red bow around it and call it a day.

How adorable are these pouches from Madewell? They’re the perfect size for grab-and-go essentials. I bought a red one for a friend and the green for me. (I love the gingham-print, too!)

For your coffee-loving co-worker, a pretty new mug (this one or this one) is a great option.

If it’s jewelry you’re after, go with these or these.

For a sweet treat, I’m obsessed with the bark from Bang Candy. They Firecracker flavor is a favorite in our house. It’s the ideal blend of sweet and spicy.
