Leighton Meester knocked it out of the park on Sunday night at the 2009 Emmy Awards. She donned a Bottega Veneta gown (don’t you just adore the back?) and Cathy Waterman jewels. Apparently, the “Queen B” reigns supreme even off-the-screen.
