With influences from Mexico to Morocco, Indonesia to India “boho chic” has a substantial impact on fashion. Today, more “hip” than hippie, we follow Sienna Miller’s and Kate Hudson’s lead– using these bold prints to bring back the laid back demeanor of the 1970′s.

When it comes to favorite colors, orange is definitely near the very top of my list. I wear the citrus hue all year round (I’m a UT Longhorn after all!), but I am especially fond of it in the spring/summer months. It’s such a versatile color – one that can be incorporated into nearly any look. Pair it with other brights like pinks or aquas, or put it with neutral tones (think this top with these shorts) for a bold contrast. Take a peek at some of my orange favorites!

There have been so many fantastic street style shots lately. I have been saving images daily (and pinning them to my Pinterest boards!) on my computer. I just can’t get over all of the vibrant colors and fabulous prints – how wonderful is that bright green pouch mixed with the leopard print? These are certainly inspiring some of my weekend outfits! Here are some of my favorite shots of late. Happy weekend, readers!

As a huge fan of Dana Lorenz’s Fallon jewelry line, I was thrilled when I came across the line’s Fall 2011 campaign images. Photographed by Shaif Hamza and styled by Taylor Tomasi Hill (my personal favorite street style icon), the vibrant images feature Jana Knauerova clad in the latest Fallon baubles – statement earrings, bib necklaces, and plenty of cuffs piled up her arm. I love the combination of the edgy jewelry pieces and neon accents. It doesn’t get much cooler than this!
