We asked one of our favorite jewelry designers, Elizabeth Showers, about her current favorite local spots and fall favorites. Elizabeth unveiled that her passion for jewelry came at age 5, sitting with her grandmother at the kitchen table. Her mother, interior decorator Jan Showers, was another inspiration. The duo have an eye for color and design that has set them apart in the creative world. Elizabeth is also excited to unveil her 2010 Fall/Holiday collections online, as well as in luxury stores across the nation — what do you love?

The temperature has finally dropped just enough to make me believe that fall really is here! This means I have started to pull out all of my fall wardrobe staples, including my rain boots. Your shoes (especially your suede ones) really take a beating when it comes to rainy days, and wellies are certainly a fashionable solution. They’re super chic and functional too!
